Everyone I work with has a demanding career that requires a creative and organised approach. Each training session I give you is written from scratch to suit your unique challenges. This approach takes longer but ensures I give you the very best chance of success.

I ask everyone for a minimum commitment of 3 months.

What to expect from At-home Personal Training

1. Before we start – You’ll complete a pre-coaching questionnaire which will give us both some clarity about your current situation.

2. Initial consultation – We’ll meet to explore your answers to the pre-coaching questionnaire and, with my guidance, gain a greater understanding of your current challenges and goals. Creating this shared understanding is the foundation for a personalised, tailored plan.

3. First training session – Our first session will focus on gaining an understanding of your starting point – this will include a physical assessment to evaluate your movement. This ensures that you can train safely, preventing injuries and allowing true progress.

4. Next steps - After the session, I will write a holistic plan which complements your performance and aesthetic goals, as well as your long-term health. I use a combination of in-person and online training sessions, email and telephone support. The plan will be personalised to your needs; I tend to utilise remote support for clients when they are travelling for work or play.

  3. Begin regular online training sessions.

  4. Review and adjust - I will continually monitor your training progress and be on hand to support you throughout.
