About Me

I proudly launched Fearless Training in 2016, after 10 years working in sport, as a coach and the private health sector, in specialist weight management. Since I left University, thousands of hours and millions of pounds have been spent on research aimed at understanding the most effective strategies to help people lose weight, start exercising and understand what to eat.

We are now in the fortunate position to have most of the knowledge needed to help people reduce their body-fat, begin exercise and provide guidance on which foods to eat and those to avoid.

My job is to convert this knowledge into action by coaching you to create a sustainable framework that supports good health.

In the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with over 100 people, many of whom previously struggled with poor results using conventional weight-loss or fitness techniques. The results we’ve achieved have been remarkable and deeply satisfying.

My Philosophy is underpinned by health behaviour techniques. I will show you how to build a new structure of habits into your routine, making regular exercise and nutritious eating a reality.

I limit myself to working with a small number of people, all of whom are serious about regularly challenging themselves be it in the gym, the kitchen or at work.
